Photography Beard Bash Terms and Conditions:

I hereby waive any and all rights I may have to inspect or approve the finished product(s) and any associated copy or other matter that may be used in connection with the finished product(s) or the use for which it may be applied. I hereby release, discharge, acquit, and agree to hold harmless Yankee Clippers Barbershop and hushXpose, their affiliated companies, employees, agents and representatives, from any and all claims, demands or actions that I may have by reason of the use of the Likeness and Photographs as herein provided, including from any liability related to any and all blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing, or publishing of the Likeness and/or Photographs as herein provided. I agree that I will not make, assert or institute against the Photographer and the Photographer’s successors and assigns any claim or demand whatsoever, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of privacy or publicity. I hereby warrant that I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This agreement shall be binding upon each of our respective agents, heirs, executors, successors, and assigns.

I agree that I will not make, assert or institute against Yankee Clippers Barbershop and hushXpose, their affiliated companies, employees, agents and representatives any claim or demand whatsoever, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of privacy or publicity. I hereby warrant that I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This agreement shall be binding upon each of our respective agents, heirs, executors, successors, and assigns.  I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws (excluding the law of conflicts) of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

All images, digital images, photographs, film, audio or other recording, still or moving, and prints (“Images”) produced by Yankee Clippers Barbershop and hushXpose, are original works of authorship protected by the United States Copyright Act. Yankee Clippers Barbershop owns the copyright in and all intellectual property rights to all of the Images, and reserves the right to to exploit the intellectual property rights for display, publication, advertising or other purposes. Yankee Clippers Barbershop retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).
